1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of PHZ Full Stack Ltd’s (Business ID: 2765147-9; “PHZ”) website at www.PHZ.fi and its related subdomains (“Service”). These Terms are legally binding, your use of the Service constitutes as your acceptance of these Terms and PHZ.fi privacy policy (at www.phz.fi/privacy). If you do not consent to these terms or do not understand them, do not use the Service. Further, if you are under 18, or a minor according to laws applicable to you, you represent that your legal guardian or legal representative has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and you have permission to access and use the Services.

ANY USE BY USER AND USERS OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER’S OWN RISK. THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. PHZ AND ITS LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMITY TO ANY REPRESENTATION OR DESCRIPTION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND OWNERSHIP. PHZ AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE: (1) ARE ERROR-FREE; (2) WILL PERFORM UNINTERRUPTED; (3) WILL MEET THE USER’S REQUIREMENTS.
No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be secure. PHZ is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or networks or systems outside PHZ’s control.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF INCOME. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY PHZ AND ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS AND SUBSIDIARIES FOR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS MADE AGAINST PHZ IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
6. Modifications to the Terms

Your continued use of our Services will signify your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.
7. Other terms
Links to Other Websites. You agree to indemnify PHZ from any claims arising from or regarding links to third party websites on PHZ’s website. You acknowledge that these links are only to improve the user experience, and that you must use your own discretion when it comes to opening these links. You also understand, that third party websites are not governed by PHZ’s Terms.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its rules on conflict of law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be finally settled in Helsinki by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. The number of Arbitrators shall be one and the arbitration shall be held in the Finnish language.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms are held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and the provision affected shall be construed so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permissible by law.
